Each of our rentals comes with an experienced crew, the necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The specifics can differ based on the type of service — for instance, romantic cruises might include premium appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks, whereas business rentals might include meeting amenities and corporate-friendly catering.
When should the booking be made?
It's advised to make reservations at least 2–3 weeks prior, particularly in the busy period (May–September). For company gatherings or private events, securing a slot 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended for greater availability and to allow for personalization of the event.
What are the protocols for adverse weather conditions?
Your safety is our foremost concern. In the instance that the weather is considered hazardous by our captain, we'll suggest altering the date of your rental to an alternative available time or issuing a complete refund. We stay vigilant of the weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours ahead of departure if the forecast seems uncertain.
May I provide my own refreshments and snacks?
Absolutely, you may bring your personal refreshments and edibles. We do, however, provide exceptional catering services which are customizable to your tastes. Kindly note, for safety reasons, we do not allow glass containers on board.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility issues?
We endeavor to accommodate all guests comfortably. Certain yachts in our fleet are equipped with better facilities for accessibility than others. We encourage you to get in touch at the time of reservation to discuss particular requirements, and we'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary arrangements.
Could you explain the cancellation terms?
Cancellations notified over 72 hours prior to departure are subject to a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours before departure will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours before the set sail are non-refundable except in cases of inclement weather or mechanical difficulties on our part.
